Presentation of 3 posters at the ASH congress

The care of haemophilia patients is at the heart of LFB’s commitment. The results of 3 clinical trials on hemophilia A and B patients with inhibitors will be presented at the virtual congress of ASH, the American Society of Hematology, on December 6 and 7, during poster sessions.

The first poster will be presented by Dr. Miguel Escobar (USA), pediatric hematologist-oncologist, on Sunday, December 6, on LFB’s clinical trial on therapeutic options in surgery, for the management of hemophilia A and B patients with inhibitors.

On Monday 7 December, 2 other posters will be presented:

• A first one by Dr Janna Journeycake (USA), pediatric hematologist-oncologist, will focus on the study carried out by LFB on the management of joint bleeds to avoid serious consequences if they are not stopped fast on hemophilia A and B patients with inhibitors,
• A second one by Dr. Steven W. Pipe (USA), pediatric hematologist, will discuss an in vitro thrombin generation study.
